The zine should feel like the public artifact of the club: a place for polished short work, local voices, experiments, performance pieces, reviews, scripts, poems, and member features.
Issue Structure
What the first issue can include.
Keep the first issue achievable: a small editor’s note, a handful of featured pieces, and a few sections that can repeat each quarter.
Portal Tie-In
Make publishing part of the workflow.
Members can turn a spark into a task, revise it in a workshop room, submit it through the portal, and eventually see selected pieces collected here.
